By accessing or using Wagr ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Description of Service

Wagr is a sports betting model-building platform that enables users to:

  • Create custom betting rules and models
  • Automatically qualify bets against real-time sports data
  • Track betting performance with complete audit trails
  • Share and compare models with other users

Important: Wagr is a model-building and tracking tool only. We do not accept, place, or facilitate actual wagers. We do not operate as a sportsbook, casino, or gambling establishment.

3. Eligibility

To use Wagr, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
  • Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
  • Comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding sports betting in your jurisdiction

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service without permission

  • Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Wagr and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any betting models, rules, and other content you create using the Service. By creating content on Wagr, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.

7. Subscription and Payments

7.1 Pricing

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. Current pricing is available on our pricing page.

7.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees until you cancel.

7.3 Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, we may provide refunds at our discretion in exceptional circumstances.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or contain links to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

WAGR DOES NOT GUARANTEE ANY PARTICULAR BETTING OUTCOMES OR FINANCIAL RESULTS. Past performance of betting models does not guarantee future results. Sports betting involves risk, and you may lose money.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WAGR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wagr and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.
